On behalf of Furr & Cohen, P.A. posted in News on Friday, May 6, 2016.
In parent’s petition for extraordinary relief to overturn an order entered at a six-month review hearing terminating reunification services for them, and setting a hearing under Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26 to establish a permanent plan for their son’s adoption, the petitions are granted where no substantial evidence supports the trial court’s findings that adequate reunification services were provided to either parent.
