Darlene Anderson is currently the Director of Trustee Operations for trustees, Robert C. Furr and Marc P. Barmat. She also holds the position of Firm Administrator for the law firm, Furr Cohen PA, where she has worked for the past 31 years. As the Director of Trustee Operations, Ms. Anderson handles all aspects of the Trustees’ operations in chapter 7, 11 and 12. She is a former NABT Board Member and currently a member of the Trustee Assistant Committee.

Yesenia joined Furr Cohen, P.A. in 2023, but has been working as a consumer bankruptcy paralegal for over 24 years. She earned her master’s degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, is certified with the National Association of Legal Assistants and is a registered paralegal with The Florida Bar. Yesenia’s years of experience have provided her with many opportunities to help Debtors through the bankruptcy process.
Sheree has been with Furr and Cohen for many years (started in 1999 – 25 yrs).
She has worked her way through a lot of different positions in the firm.
About 13 years ago, she started to learn how to work with clients and do mostly Chapter 7 work.
Sheree likes working with clients to get them a fresh start when they need it the most and filing bankruptcy helps them to accomplish that.
Carol Tucci holds the roles of legal assistant and client billing specialist. Carol first started her employment as a legal assistant in the areas of bankruptcy and litigation until she was promoted to client billing specialist where she has worked for the past 34 years. Carol is responsible for client billing and reporting, as well as assisting in the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents.
